At NB&W, we represent people and their families who have been devastated by harm resulting from corporate greed, reckless driving, defective products, careless or substandard medical care, car, boat, plane, and train crashes, and other forms of negligence and disregard for others' safety.
Our mission is to ensure that drivers, doctors, employers, and manufacturers are adhering to the highest safety standards, so that we are all free to thrive in our community.
When someone in our community is hurt as a result of another's negligence, we work to make sure our civil justice system holds the negligent party accountable and appropriately compensates for losses and damages.
